Diamond's place was amazing. It was very clean and the pictures do no justice for this place. We loved all the space and had a fantastic time in the pool. It was perfect vacation for our Pop's 70th birthday. All 23 of us were comfortable!!

Grad Bash

This was the most perfect location to be in not too far from the beach, restaurants and stores. We came to celebrate a high school grad and had a blast. Fully equipped home. The pool is a BONUS! Thank you Diamond Gulf for everything!

Enjoyed the stay

Great for an extended family gathering. The entire house was nice and clean. The first floor bedroom was perfect for the grandparents. Bunk beds are spacious and can accommodate two people per bed easily. Close enough for evening strolls to the beach. Overall a great place to stay.

Beautiful House

This house provided our family with a fun filled weekend. It was large enough for all the family to have bed and bathroom space of their own. The kitchen area was beautiful and large enough for all of us to congregate. We look forward to being able to gather again at one of the Diamond Rentals.

Great Vacation Stay!

Seaside Palace was the perfect sized house for the 19 people in our group. We had a few issues with a broken outside light and dryer, but the management team responded quickly and took care of the problems. We would definitely return to this house and rent from Diamond again!

Fantastic family vacation

We loved our family getaway at Seaside Palace! Perfect location for a nice walk to the beach or to grab a drink at Pampanos. We had 5 kids under 3 and the back door alarm gave us pease of mind. The steps to get in the pool were great for the kids to play in the water and feel comfortable without having to swim! 100% would stay again!

Large home close to beach

The location of the home is perfect. Literally a 5 minute walk to the beach and Pompano Joe's. There is plenty of space and the finishes inside of the home are pretty nice. We had a couple small issues, but the management company was super responsive and fixed things very quickly! I would certainly stay in another home by this same management company while traveling. Great house! Great location!

Great location, short walk to the beach, but the cleanliness was disappointing

Our family comes to Florida every year. We usually stay on 30A, but this year we chose Destin. Location wise, this home was great. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Floor plan layout was perfect for our group of 15. Kids area is fantastic! However, the cleanliness was pretty disappointing. When we arrived, we noticed there was sticky stuff running down a few of the cabinets. Throughout the week we started feeling stuffy and noticed the return air vent was caked with buildup. The vent-a-hood and the ceiling fans had tons of dust on them also. We notified the company and they told us they “were on the phone at the time with the cleaning department and would have someone come replace the air filter”, however, we never heard back from them. One other thing is there is a pool alarm that goes off every single time the back door is opened. With 15 people (7 kiddos) you can imagine that was quiet a nuisance. I understand why it’s there, but our kids can swim and there was no need for that. When I asked about temporarily disabling it, they said it was a law. However, our neighbors all had pools and they told us they didn’t have alarms when we asked. Short of the cleaning/alarm issues, our family had a good time.
