Cabin upgrading

This sea cabin is in need of a serious upgrade. The age is really showing and for the money to rent, it is inacceptable.. I expected higher quality. Bathroom sink upstairs toooo low, ice maker broken, supplies in kitchen weak, bed uncomfortable etc. Quality very poor.
