The check in was as described although very much a stickler for time. The rental company was not very accommodating to any of our requests. The unit was clean on the surface although the carpet was very dirty and there was a strong musty smell. The unit is spacious considering there were 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, had plenty of linens, and a new washer and dryer. It has plenty of cooking equipment and dishes although no other kitchen or bathroom essentials. The pool was not heated. The elevator was out of service several times during our stay. Also you need to make sure you know how to parallel park, the parking was a nightmare. Very limited.
