This is the best location to be in Destin, we had private parking and did not have to use our vehicle at all. shops, restaurants, marina and tram where all within walking distance, definetaly will book here again!

New Years at Baytowne

The condo was everything we had expected, the location was great, the complex and surrounding area was terrific, the restaurant staff were tops, the New Years festivities were fun - we would do it all again!

Great location and cute beach decor!

We really enjoyed our stay at Pilot House! It was so nice to be able to walk right outside our door to the Baytowne Wharf with shops and restaurants. We loved cute beach decor and loved being able to open the big, glass doors and sit on the deck listening to the breeze through the trees and the waterfall from the pool right outside. Also a very close drive to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying at this property, and it is PERFECT for two! We just needed a space at the beach for our Babymoon, and it was perfect. We loved having easy access to so many restaurants, shopping, and the beach right across the street.

Condo was wonderful. Very clean. Steps into village that has wonderful food, great music. Tram was very easy to use, drops you off right at beach. Grounds were beautiful. Will definitely stay here again!!

Pros: Extremely easy check-in process, very close to restaurants, staff was friendly, entire area was clean. Cons: Getting to beach took a little while, beach was PACKED, pool was crowded (but that's Destin). Overall very nice area.

Great for exploring!

Location Location is definitely what we enjoyed. Even thought the beach was not as closed as we wanted to, there is definitely a lot other options available without having to drive anywhere. From live band, good restaurants, and good shopping, there is really nothing to complain about. You can either stay in and relax at the pool with a beautiful view of the garden or explore!

WONDERFUL GETAWAY!!

Had a wonderful stay. Condo is very clean and everything is brand new with updated decor throughout. There is a nice, private balcony with a gorgeous view of the pool to enjoy your morning coffee. Inside is very relaxing, especially the bed, by far one of the best in any VRBO. Owners are very nice and very quick to respond with any questions you may have. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

Perfect location!

The condo was beautiful.....loved the decor and was very clean! Bed was extremely comfortable. Location was great, so many activities and restaurants right on the property. The best part of the condo is the owner! Robyn was wonderful to deal with and always followed up with me immediately when I had questions. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!

Beautiful condo

We stayed for six nights. The condo was beautifully decorated, up to date and very clean. Everything was well stocked. The property and the grounds were beautiful. We loved the location on the harbor and close to the beach. The tram was a nice convenience too! Now if they could just do something about the construction traffic! We would definitely come back here and recommend it to anyone interested in staying.

Wonderful family location

Once you park your car there is no need to get back in until you leave. Everything you need is on premises (except a really good sauté pan so bring one if you will need one). The kids loved the activities and not once did I have to hear “I’m bored”. The tram takes you straight to the beach and we met lots of nice families from all over. Already planning our return this summer. -Sarah-
