It’s an awesome experience

It was really good and the house was so clean. The only problem you have to bring your own paper towel. Toilet paper and garbage bags. So people before you go don’t forget to bring those things with you.

Perfect for Families

This property is so close to the beach, it offers tons of room, and is absolutely beautiful. The gated neighborhood is so secure and golf carts are welcomed. The property itself was so clean, and well stocked. It was so nice to find a wagon, and chairs inside the garage for the beach, lots of beach toys inside too! Plenty of dishes in the kitchen and a charcoal grill out on the back patio. Anytime I needed contact with someone I could text and get a response almost instantly. One of the yard sprinklers was leaking which didn’t affect us at all but wanted the owners to be aware for their knowledge and literally someone was at the property within 30 minutes repairing the sprinkler. Absolutely no negatives to this place. The beach access is so convenient. So close to everything yet still far enough away to not feel like your in the middle of the tourist area. Would recommend 100%

Beautiful house! Broken fridge.

The property was beautiful and the perfect size for our group! There’s actually two trundle beds, not just one. A short, 10 min walk to the beach and to Alvin’s beach store (very dangerous for your bank account.) upon check in the refrigerator was broken. It wouldn’t cool down at all. We contacted the 24/7 number. They only brought us two bags of ice for our $400 of groceries. Thankfully there was one cooler in the garage. The following morning, approx 12 hours later, we still didn’t have anyone in the house to fix the fridge. We called and texted multiple times to get someone out. Maintainer arrived right on his estimated time- he was great and contacted the property management company telling them we needed a loaner fridge. Once that was taken care of, the rest of the stay was smooth sailing. Be sure to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. We would stay here again!

Charged twice for property i did not stay in

I had a terrible experience with this company. I was charged twice for a rental property and i only stayed at one property. While traveling a received a message saying that my card was declined and i need to update my card information. I submitted my card information not knowing i was booked for a 2nd property. Once i got home i discovered i was charged twice for a property i never stepped foot on. Once i got back home i called VRBO and RealJoy. I was told that they cannot refund my money due to them paying property owners. Sam and Tina are very rude they never tried to find a solution or tried to get my money back for rental property i never stayed in. I need to speak with someone over the billing department asap. This is bad business honest mistakes happen all of the time. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

Heidi-way gated

The house was about minimum of 10 min walk from the beach. The gate to the beach was a little confusing. Outside on the front porch, there were some giant ants crawling around. The house requested guests to leave shoes outside but the floor was not clean. We can feel sand when we walked around the house with bare foot. The vacuum was not vacuuming anything due to stuff stuck in the brush at the bottom. We had to clean it to make it to work. The toiletry and kitchen supplies were very minimum. The house didn't even have hair dryer. The bunk beds made lots of noise with every little moves. The bathroom door in the bunk bed room was stuck and hard to close. Other rooms were roomy and okay. With the rent rate we paid, we would think the house would have offered a little more amenities. We were on vacation but we had to worry about little things like bringing hair dryer or detergent or hand soap or toilet papers. Overall the house was roomy for 14 people. The sleeping arrangement was a little tough since there were only 4 rooms if there were lots of couples.

Cosas que incluyen

Tiene una buena ubicación y muy amplia para cantidad de 15 personas, incluye muchas cosas tanto para la cocina como para llevar a la playa sillas un carrito para cargar cosas entre otras , lo único que faltó fue más papel higiénico ya que solo tuvimos uno por baño y unas vasijas de plástico por si queda de lo que se cocina para guardar pero en todo lo demás estuvo muy bien
