You can find TOPS'L Summit at the renowned and award-winning TOPS'L Beach & Racquet Resort, where the location and comfort are simply out of this world. Prepare quick meals in the kitchenette before taking a deliciously refreshing dip in the shared swimming pool or soothing your tired muscles in the shared hot tub. This beach escape features a furnished balcony that lets you start every day with marvelous views of nature and the nearby beach.

Moments away from dining options, a shopping center, and a state park, you won't spend a single dull moment here! Try one of the many restaurants in downtown Miramar Beach, less than three miles west. Later, visit the renowned Silver Sands Premium Outlets, home to 110 designer and name-brand outlet stores and extraordinary deals. Stretch your legs and admire the picture-perfect scenery at the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, which boasts endless outdoor activities, including fishing, bicycling, birding, picnicking, hiking, and swimming.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Exceeded expectations
They really undersold this listing! The view, location, and amenities were all better than we expected! We enjoyed it so much we ended up adding a night. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. This is a gated condo community with amazing staff and amenities. This particular suite was on the top floor with an amazing ocean view. The sun rise is directly lined up with the balcony and the sun sets across from the front door. The walk to the beach is under 5 minutes and easy but you can also call for a quick shuttle if you want. On top of everything the property offers, this is the best location because it is the last resort on the east end of the beach. You can walk for miles and it's not crowded/over run with business. Everything east of the property is a preservation (Tops'l Hill State Park) To the west you have the entire city of Destin. We bounced around all week and only spent a quarter tank of gas.

Breath taking
The stay was phenomenal! The property manager was great, check in was easy, the view was breath taking, the room is as described! We loved the jetted tuna! I would definitely recommend and stay again! Mother’s Day weekend and my boyfriends birthday was amazing! I loved this property

Overall stay was okay. Phone in room did not work which wasn't a big deal for us; refrigerator need to be defrosted; deal breaker for us was how uncomfortable the bed was. We booked a 4 night stay & did not have one night of rest & relaxation. The bed is just lumpy; uncomfortable & slept awful.

We had a bad experience at a property in Destin. We found Tops’L at the last minute. It worked great for my wife and I. The only issue with the condo was the closet doors are In need of repair and the carpet could be cleaned.
