Tops'l Beach Manor Unit 701 has recently been updated including new kitchen appliances, granite countertops, and new bedroom floors. The living area has amazing views of the Gulf and Topsail Nature Preserve. The sectional sofa provides plenty of seating for you and your family to enjoy the flat screen TV. A 25% deposit of the total rate holds the unit for you and is applied toward your rental fee. Add $140 for housekeeping and 12% for tax. There is a $69 damage protection fee, $30 booking fee and 2.90% convenience fee to process credit card payments.
