Easy and reasonable to rent for 5 nights. Great for a family of 4, no one had to share a bed!

Very nice, clean accommodations. Perfect for my family of 6.

Absolutely loved everything! Ocean Reef Resorts app made everything so simple. Easy check in and check out process via my phone. Beautiful decor, close to the beach, nice amenities. Can't wait to return for my next stay. Would definitely recommend!

Great for Young Family

Room was very clean and plenty spacious for family of 4. Walk to the beach was very manageable, even without a wagon of carrier of some kind. We would definitely come back.

Great Condo

This condo was amazing. The pictures don’t do the views justice. My family and I were very relaxed in here. It had all the amenities we needed plus more. The restaurant conveniently located on the main floor was really great food. The checkin info was accurate. This was our first time to Miramar Beach and we will definitely be back. We would be happy to even rent this same condo again. Great location and just a short walk to the beach.

Enjoyable vacation!

The condo was exactly as described and comfortably slept our family of 6. There were some slight issues when we checked in but the property management group addressed them quickly when they were notified and we had no further problems during our stay. Beach access was quick but was slightly crowded. Also during our stay one of the elevators in the building was frequently out of service so the wait for an elevator was sometimes long, especially close to check out/check in times.

Beautiful Condo!

My husband and I have been coming to Ariel Dunes 1 for 15 years 1-2 times a year and have stayed in different Condo’s. This Condo was absolutely beautiful! Loved the decor! Beds slept great! Our experience with RealJoy was top notch! Logan was very nice and very professional!! Looking forward to our trip this summer!!

Nice place (quiet)

Room was as described. Clean and quiet at night. Kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Washer dryer in front (mud) room was great to have for wet clothes to not track sand throughout. Overall good experience.

they were doing maintenance on the property which was not completed before we arrived and we walked into a water heater in the middle of our room. Said we would get a reimbursement but still haven't received it. There's also no hot tub like it describes

Definitely worth the stay!

The condo was larger than it appears in pictures! We were pleasantly surprised and didn’t feel like our family of 6 was on top of each other when we were in the unit. We will be back!

Not as advertised- Can't manage reservation through VRBO- Forced to use their app

The property itself was nice. The room and bed situation was not as advertised. We were supposed to have 2 double beds in one of the rooms and instead we had a bunk bed. I sent the management company a note on the app that they make you download and no one every called me. Overall the room and accommodations were nice and it is a pretty place. I did NOT like that you had to download a different app to get your room information, etc. They should tell you this before you book. You can't even get to it online. You have to download the app.

Beautiful, contemprary decor.

We have stayed in different units the past 3 years and this one was the nicest by far. Décor was very contemporary, unit was clean, location was as described and perfect for us, plenty of parking, and property offers a lot of amenities. I would stay here again and recommend to others. Highly recommend AJ's Sea Quest sunset dolphin cruise for a speed boat ride with music, drinks and dancing. Great boat hosts.

Welcome to Pleasantville!

I have stayed at three different condos at Ariel Dunes and this is by far my favorite! Pictures online looked amazing and the condo did not disappoint! Condo actually looks better in person. It was immaculate! They really did an amazing job cleaning the place and I really felt like I was at a 5 star hotel. Not to mention the amazing view of the gulf coast! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
