Welcome to The Empress, a boutique, luxury gated community with only 44 exclusive units. Our third-floor condo offers quick and easy access to the beach, making it the perfect getaway for beach lovers.
What makes The Empress truly special is its unique design, providing private balcony access on both the gulf and lake sides. Open both balcony doors to let the refreshing gulf breeze flow through the living and kitchen areas, creating a serene and pleasant atmosphere.
Located within walking distance of 2,000 feet of sugar-white beaches, our luxurious condo in Destin, Florida, promises breathtaking views and unmatched comfort. Whether you’re planning a family vacation, a romantic retreat, a friends’ getaway, or a work stay, this is the ideal spot for an unforgettable beachfront experience. Our Coastal Charm features:
- Prime Location: Just steps away from the pristine white sands and emerald waters along Scenic Gulf drive. Easy access to condo from dedicated covered parking spot walking up to the elevator entrance and to a semi-private foyer with only two units on each floor.
- Spacious Living: 10' ceiling 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo. Two large master bedroom en suite with large windows facing the gulf. Third bedroom is our kids favorite 6 bedroom bunkbed and bathroom en suite with bathtub. The kitchen is a true masterpiece, featuring custom cabinets, granite counters, and an abundance of space. It seamlessly opens up to both living rooms, offering breathtaking Gulf and lake views that will leave you in awe.
- Stunning Views: The two balconies provide breath taking panoramic Gulf views (on 3rd floor, but view is 2nd floor level from Gulf side), amazing views of Lake Stewart and the Seascape Golf course. A stunning Adirondack furniture set graces the balcony on the Gulf side, providing a perfect spot to unwind and soak in the magnificent beach views. The Lake Stewart side features ample seating and space for outdoor entertaining.
- Modern Amenities: 5 flat screen tvs, 400 channels of Dish/Cable TV, Wi-Fi, washer/Dryer, a refreshing pool, a relaxing hot tub, and a well-equipped workout room, allowing you to indulge in a luxurious and active lifestyle. Access to Storage Unit with Beach stroller and essentials.
