“This hotel in my opinion, occupies one of the best positions along the La Concha promenade and importantly has a terrace which many other properties do not. Everything about the stay was exceptional. The in-room amenities were well thought out. We stayed in a delux room with a sea view. There is a pillow menu available and my feather pillow was delivered within minutes of asking for it. The breakfast was lovely with lots of choice and everything refreshed regularly so it was all fresh. ……

“Location was sensational for a brief stay - right in the heart of Old Town, so extremely busy and bustling, and convenient to everywhere. The windows were extremely effective at keeping the significant street noise out, so the room was very comfortable and peaceful. The desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. In our original room, the bed was facing the balcony window, which faced a series of balconies across the very narrow street. As the rooms don't have sheer curtains and the shutter……

Robes were not put in our room, we had to ask, there were no extra towels or pillows and the beds perhaps most noticeably were not changed... and we found ourselves getting into beds with sand from the night before inside. Food was super mediocre. I'd not really recommend. Very forgettable”
