And everything is on one level- it's a ranch style home so accessibility is a sinch! We offer you a large pool, spa/jacuzzi, fire pit, propane BBQ, an all new remodel, brand new Everything! Such a fabulous environment with front yard and back yard all private and fenced. The area closest to the home has the pool, deck, and spa, barbecue & fire pit. There is a big backyard beyond to explore. We have all new hardwood flooring, all new furniture, artwork, beds, office. There are three new desks and three state-of-the-art new HD TVs. A wonderful and gorgeous resort like home! It is truly beautiful and feels like you are in your own little Resort. The entire place is so comfortable, clean and stylish. For sleeping there are two twins, queen, Eastern king and California king all of exceptional quality and infused with cooling gel and memory foam. The home is so well-supplied. We have done our best to cover every possible need of our guests– coffee, teas, cream, all the spices of a full kitchen, sugar, honey, olive oil, purified water, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent and liquid, soaps, conditioners, shampoos, lotion, q-tips, cotton balls, lots of tissues and toilet paper, a Keurig, a traditional coffeemaker, ninja blender / food processor, full sized electric juicer. For babies and toddlers, there is a pack-n-play travel crib, sheets and blankets, a high chair, children's dishes and books.
The quality of the furnishings and design style is spectacular! You will enjoy an awesome experience to swim, lounge in the spa, make s'mores at the fire pit, BBQ your dinner. There are twinkle string lights at night -solar powered in the back for ambience. There are beach towels, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, for everyone, all brand new. The beach is about 18 minutes away- the property's location is convenient in a cozy neighborhood yet only 3 minutes from the 5 freeway. Disneyland is 25 minutes away. Couldn't be in a better location to go to San Diego, LA, the beach, the mountains, everything is at your fingertips.

Everything in the little resort is for the use of our guests. This property has to the left and behind a guest house which is separate and does not share any common space. The guest house is accessible from the left side of the driveway along the left side of the house and behind. The guest house does not have access to front or backyard, pool or spa, does not park on the driveway, nor any shared space whatsoever.
During October until end of April, we are unable to heat only the pool. The spa can be heated for a maximum of six hours per day. It is an on-demand system that can be programmed. Thank you for your understanding.
