「Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Located in a very safe and peaceful neighborhood, the house had everything we needed and more. The pool and spa made the experience even more enjoyable. 「We stayed in the house over Labor Day weekend. Everything was awesome. The house is clean, very well organized. We were 13 people and there is plenty of space for everyone. Location is convenient right on the sand, 5 minutes walk to Balboa pier and 30 minutes walk to Newport Pier. Owner is very responsive. He even add chairs for us when we asked. We would definitely stay here again. 」
