「Bed was comfy. Bathroom was roomy and set up well. Lots of room in main area. 」

「Not as advertised. Research what Unity World Headquarters is before booking. The main picture provided makes it seem that the hotel that you will be staying in is sprawled out around multiple buildings surrounding a courtyard. This is not true. The hotel is in a back corner of the village property without grandeur. 「Laundry room was very convenient and clean as well as our room. Air conditioner was very helpful to have on and so was the heater. We had a wonderful stay, Thank You」

「I was double charged for my stay. I still have not received a refund. It took a hour to check me in. The key creator didn’t work, so I had no key. The microwave didn’t work and I requested twice for a repair; no response. Toilet wasn’t clean upon arrival. Found someone else’s underwear near the bed. No towels in pool area…when requested the lady said there were no towels available.」

「I had stayed here about 10 years ago and it was clean and nice. It is not anymore. I had no soap, or any toiletries. The microwave looked like chili had been spilled it. The fridge had a red liquid in the bottom that smelled like salsa. Smears of something and water spots all over the mirror. The bathroom sink faucet needs to be replaced. There was what looked like a vomit stain on the wall by the bed. I never felt unsafe, but it seems to be housing for a lot of people now. The front desk...
