“This home is absolutely perfect. My group loved everything about it. The rooms are perfect, the downstairs was a dream for the kids and the location was good. It was super clean, which i really appreciated. There is a sweet husky that may come around!! Dealing with Vacasa was less than fun and I don’t appreciate that the listing is not quite accurate for the sleeping arrangements. It says there are two sofa beds. It’s extra annoying because, I messaged Vacasa and was told that the house did have……

“Great property, enjoyed reunion at Lees McRae. One neighbor does get up at 5 am for work, asked for quiet time on Wednesday. Went over and met him on Thursday. No problems afterwards. Very nice, just gets up early.We went indoors around 10 pm.Great house for 14 people. ”

“Kitchen lacked tools. Only 1fridge for 15 people. Microwave size was ridiculously small. Hand mixer with only 1 beater did not work. Old pots and pans. Had to buy a can opener, garbage bags, WD 40 for all the sweating doors. House was very chilly. ”

“Great spot in the heart of Beech Mountain town. Walking distance to Fred's, Brick Oven, and everything else worth doing in town. Just a 10-minute drive down the mountain to Banner Elk. And the barbecue downstairs from the unit is worth giving a try. to”
