“Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt im Aluna Beach Appartement sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber, die Terrasse dazu war auch wirklich toll. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von allen empfangen und bei Fragen wurde uns auch direkt geholfen. Insbesondere war Sadia sehr nett zu uns. Als wir eincheckten wurde sich für uns Zeit genommen und uns die unmittelbare Umgebung gezeigt. Wir empfanden den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und persönlich. Das Hotel liegt aber nicht direkt in der ersten Reihe……

“Alles sehr einfach gehalten ohne großen Komfort, aber alles was man braucht. Klimaanlage, Ventilator, Generator bei Stromausfall, Wlan. Einzig ein Moskitonetz fehlt. Das Personal ist sehr nett und bemüht. Frühstück immer mit Eier und Obst, Süßaustrich, Kaffee oder Tee. Ich brauch morgens nicht mehr. ”

The staff were great and they were also able to organize all the activities I wanted on the spot like local fishing and sunset sailing. “Das Hotel wird von einer deutschen Familie geleitet. Das Personal ist äußerst höflich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war großzügig und sauber, verfügt über einen Kühlschrank und es war ein Stromreisestecker vorhanden. Über die Rezeption können auch Bootsfahrten gebucht werden. Das Hotel verfügt über keine eigenen Strandliegen aber einen direkten Strandzugang. Im benachbarten Restaurant (Blue Sea Restaurant) können Liegen kostenfrei benutzt werden, falls man etwas isst. Darüberhinaus……

“I arrived from the airport to the hotel at 3AM! They had a room ready for me but the lights were off the shower didn’t have water and the air conditioning wasn’t working because. Of a power outage! They then moved me to another room that had all the same problems as the first room. I couldn’t sleep there it was 38 degrees Celsius in the room which is 100 Fahrenheit! I asked to leave at 6 am and they refused to open the gates of the hotel until I paid them! I had to argue and fight with them to……

We paid $2,700 for what was clearly sold to us as a 3-day tour, but after payment it was suddenly reduced to only 2 days with no proper explanation or refund. To make matters worse, we were left at the airport without any transportation arranged, despite this being part of what was discussed. Since then, the owner has ignored our messages and refused to respond or take responsibility. This felt unprofessional,……

“The housekeeping was exceptional. The staff were kind. Views were phenomenal. However we did not have a shower head that worked properly. After three attempts in reporting it and nothing done, on our last day the house keeping staff finally took initiative to get it replaced. ”
