Great stay in Moab

Excellent location, the condo was clean and well stocked. We especially liked the garage as it made packing and unpacking easy. The kitchen space was small but OK for 2 people at a time but the large dining table and breakfast peninsula more than made up for the kitchen. Host was excellent and we appreciated the Moab local information left in the condo.

Comfortable with large garage

Great location in Moab, comfortable, clean and quiet

We stayed here for three nights while visiting Moab. It is outside of the busier main area of Moab, but an easy drive to get to restaurants, etc. We visited Canyonlands and Arches while here and it was perfect. Besides being in a condo group, the area was quiet and everything was comfortable.

Great base “camp” to explore Arches and Canyonlands

Great location. Hosts very helpful as we arrived on Christmas Eve and needed suggestions for groceries before everything closed for Christmas. Plenty of room and very clean and comfortable.

Moab vacation

Great place to stay. Condo was clean and very comfortable. Pool and hot tub close by. We went in early September so not too crowded. Moab was 10 minutes away with plenty of restaurants and local craft stores. Also close to Arches and Canyonlands.

Moab Weekend Stay

Great location just out of town. Unit was just as described and very clean. It's nice that they provided a welcome kit of basic necessities. The garage was convenient to pull in and out of. We would stay here again when in Moab for the weekend.

Great views, great location, great stay

We were here for a week. The place was wonderful. Everything that we needed was there except for Kleenex, which we had brought with us luckily. All the pots and pans and everything were right where we needed them and the location to get into Moab was fast and easy.

Perfect spot

Went up to Moab for EJS as we do every year. We booked early this year and couldn’t be happier. Great kitchen and appliances, big living room and great bedrooms. Perfect 2 car garage too for those looking to off-road. Plenty of street room for a trailer as well. We will definitely be back.

Great base camp for Moab area

We stayed here for 11 days. Condo is great and well equipped. All bedrooms are upstairs but we were very comfortable here. Moab is only 4 miles up the road. Great access for Arches NP and Canyonlands NP. Rented a great jeep from Cliffhanger just up the road and had a fun day with that. Also enjoyed the paved bike trail on the north side of town.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in VRC homes many times in different states. I think this one was the best yet. It is very nice and almost brand new and it had everything you could want. You can se the La Sal mountains from the bedroom and the living room. We would recommend this home 100%.

Nice Stay and Excellent View

The property was very nice with two heated pools and a hot tub. Overall the condo was clean and pretty much had everything you need. Some very little things were lacking such as no laundry basket (have to hand carry laundry from the attached garage area back into the condo), minimal amounts of shampoo and conditioner provided. The condo was a bit further than I had estimated to downtown Moab (~12-15 minutes), but may not be a bad thing overall as you are away a bit from the hustle and bustle of downtown). These are very minor in comparison to an overall great stay and I’d still stay there again and recommend to others.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and beautiful views of the mountains. There was plenty of room for parking our truck and trailer in the driveway. We have a 4 seater SxS that easily fit in the garage and the truck might have fit in there next to it, we never tried. The townhouse was very comfortable. It could have used some attention to details regarding a few things, but I addressed those with the property manager and it sounded as those issues were going to be addressed immediately. The property manager was wonderful and always quick to respond. I do plan to return to this home on my next trip to Moab.

Convenient & Comfortable

POSITIVES: - Convenient to Moab, just a few miles down the road - Very clean when we arrived (even the garage!) - Beds were comfortable - Plenty of space for 2 couples, would be great for a family. - Furniture & appliances in good condition - A few essentials in the cabinets, and loved the local coffee beans - Washer/Dryer worked great - It was a bit chilly when we visited so did not try out the pool or hot tub, and did not use the patio furniture out front for a meal. They all looked nice. NEGATIVES: - Don't have any negatives, it was just what we were looking for - One suggestion would be to put a dimmer switch on the light over the dining table....minor detail. COMMENTS: - The front porch and master do have a nice view. You can't really use the upper patio off the master because it says no furniture is allowed out there. - The property faces the main street coming into the neighborhood. This means there is always a truck with trailer parked right out front. It's great if you towing, but may be a bit surprising if you are not. Property description does not mention that. - This did not bother us as everyone was very respectful. This is Moab after all and part of the vibe. There was no loud noise late at night or early in the morning that disturbed us. Not only is this a great place to stay in Moab, it is also a great value. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great stay

The condo was a terrific place to stay while our family explored Arches National Park and the local area. Quiet neighborhood, close to town, and all of the conveniences of home!
