"The view is wonderful, and the house could be. BUT IT IS NOW IN A VERY SAF STATE IF DISREPAIR. Two windows are closed up with storm shutters. A main set of French doors to the deck is nailed shut with boards, the fireplace is non-functional, multiple fans don’t work, the stove is pitiful. Not what you should get in an exclusive gated community on the beach. The house is in fact not beachfront. It is one lot back from the beach and so it has no direct access to the beach. Just steps from the beach with amazing views for sunrise/sunset and dolphin watching, it had everything we needed—from beach toys and kayaks (my personal favorite) to plenty of towels and a fully stocked kitchen. Spacious, comfortable, and so well thought out — we can’t wait to come back next year! "
