We couldn't get in the house (because we were at the wrong house) and contacted the owner of our rental. She was prompt in responding and helping. Long story short, she felt bad because we were waiting to have someone help us get into the house, even though it was our fault we were at the wrong house, and offered to let us stay longer. Deck is great with nice poly furniture and there is a neat chaise on the upper deck outside the dolphin room.I received a very nice phone call from the representative while we were on the way to our vacation.
