"Great location, windows were taped and unsecure, building old and need of repair, grounds were unkept with many tripping hazards, pans and pots in kitchen dirty and stained."

"Breakfast was the best thing about this hotel, with hot protein options. One morning the juice/water dispeners were switched but the new one for water was not rinsed from previous juice. The staff is the most cheerless group of people I have ever seen. They do the minimum, friendly, but never engaging. The front desk did not offer any information about breakfast location or hours. They talk to each other and are always on their phones when obvious work was in order like the breakfast area could use table cleaning, everything was tacky sticky. One night a huge cockroach crawled under the door into my room. I would not stay again because although the staff was never rude they were depressing to be around. "

"Worst place ever. Was told to leave when I complained about dirty sheets with sex. Stains from previous user will never stay there again can’t explain how awful this place turned out to be "

"We did not get the room I paid for and was told we could change for the second night, but they did not transfer us to the room. We had 1 bed when I signed up and paid for 2."

"Your stay will depend on who is sharing the unit with you. This unit was deemed "peaceful" and our stay was NOT peaceful. There was a construction crew staying in the unit next to us. For 5 days they woke up between 4:30AM and 5:00AM. I tried talking to them because they were loudly talking and playing music every morning. When I spoke to them they claimed to not understand what I was saying. There was also a house being worked on two doors down and they started sawing and nailing at 8:00AM each day.At night there were two groups of young kids and they stayed up from 10PM to midnight each night playing cornhole/bags provided by Sigsbee Homes. The social area is located right under your bedrooms. The loud bang from corn hole/bags sounds like a gun going off. Again, I tried to talk to the groups because we have young kids trying to sleep, but that didn't stop them keeping us up each night. I thought we were staying in a peaceful place per Sigsbee's listings and reviews, but this was far from it.When I contacted Shane/Karin about the early morning wakeup I received no reply. 3 days later I sent another message and I got a halfhearted reply. I then contacted them that night about the nightly noise and received no response. The only responses I got, were automative responses of "please give us 5 stars!" Owners Shane/Karin are also not close by and they manage from afar. They also don't know basic questions about their units when you ask. Good luck!"

"This is what it is. A cheap place to sleep. Traveled with my teenage daughter and we just needed beds for a night. Great rate. Beds were clean and comfortable. Actually it was the Best bed I’ve slept in for 4 nights on Our trip. Otherwise the area, the parking lots the balconies etc are dirty, rusty, and trashy. Felt perfectly safe though. Lots of construction type workers it appeared staying here. I would stay here again for the price. "
