Location, Location, Location! Midtown Mobile on the edge of Downtown. This private 2 bed / 1 bath condo is 1200 square feet of vacation loveliness. Comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen and a dreamy terrace for an outdoor snack or cocktail. Listen to the front fountain trickle as you relax on beautiful Government Street. This is a 4 unit building and this unit is on level 1. Plenty of parking behind the building.

Quick overnight stay
The house was as pictured. The host was great with communication and tips on where to eat and what to do close by. The house seemed to have all that you would need for an extended stay. We stopped on our way to Florida for one night. The covered parking was nice!

Best Condo in Mobile !
We were happy with the condo. It was just as lovely as the photos - nicely decorated and fully stocked. It was on a nice street...very dog friendly area and not a far drive to Pensacola beach. We w definitely recomend this place.

Location, location, location
This property is in a safe, walking, historic neighborhood. I was able to take our dog for a walk and take in the beauty of the historic homes and quiet streets. It is conveniently located just on the edge of downtown, less than 2 miles from downtown interests. It has covered parking!! Murphy is extremely helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay again!!
