"When filling the tub it was Luke warm by the time I had the tub kind of filled. Also couch had lost all support when you sit on it, sank in it. Bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky. "Upon arrival the lock box to enter was a 4 digit code but we were only sent 10 digit codes. I called and it was fixed right away, but a little inconvenient. The jetted tub was visually clean but the jets need to wiped as there was pink around them. There was a leg razor left In the shower. The mattress was a very hard spring mattress and the pillows were rock hard as well. I see other complaints about the mattress as well for a while now so they clearly aren’t going to fix the issue. "This place is a gem of a family resort! It is an older complex but fairly well maintained and a great value for the price. The units are large for the price you pay, clean, and SO many amenities included! The great: short walking path to a beautiful beach, fire pit that is stoked and burning by the staff for smores throughout the evening (bring your own smores supplies), great pool area, a really cool game room area with so many things to play, friendly staff, fun large outdoor play area with swings and many yard games available to play, and a small pond area with canoes and supplies to paddle around in for free! The needed improvements: our fridge never got cold so that was a bummer but luckily we didn’t really need it to store anything, no ice machine ( they have small bags of ice for sale), some of the game room equipment needed some TLC and replacement(like the ping pong stuff), and no directions on how to use the three remote controls in the townhouse ( we figured it out but it would have been nice to have some guidance). All in all, this place far exceeded my expectations for what I paid and I will definitely return sometime!"

"My husband and I both work in 4 star hotels, so we have very high expectations…This place was wonderful and just what our busy family needed! We stayed in the one bedroom unit on the 3rd floor and had a wonderful view! It was so great putting the kids to bed and still getting to stay up and enjoy a quiet night before heading to bed. The room was SO clean and well cared for. Everyone at the front desk was incredibly kind as well as all the other staff. My only “negative” was the pool was on the cold side. The kids didn’t mind, but it was rough for the adults. Even that space was well cared for, clean and tidy! We will be back again soon."

"Our stay at the cottage was perfect. We slept 6 people comfortably. They had wonderful accommodations for our dog. We came to see the ocean and the cottage made that a success. The view was beautiful and beach access was very close. I definitely recommend the cottage for a wonderful get-away."
