「Terrible experience: as soon as we got in we had to use the bathroom and unfortunately we didn't notice there was a big paddle of water due to a leaking water hose connected to the toilet and Guess what happened i slipped and fell on my back with legs split and my knee cut badly with the edge of the sink cabinet.... a small apology was presented however arguing that everything was inspected before arrival then we got switched to a smaller room however no compensation or sincere apology....the...

「Staff were not helpful or friendly. Room was very cold with not heat. There was no hot water the entire stay. Breakfast was just bread and cakes...it was hard to even get a coffee. Sorry, was not a great first experience to Morocco 」

Possui chutel mas cobra 50 EUROS pelo transfer para Aeroporto , mesmo a moeda sendo dirham. Na chegada restaurante fechado só abria 19:00 e vc tinha que reservar o que queria. 「The location is very good, just 5 minutes from the train station. We arrived very late on September 3rd and had a pleasant chat with the nice gentleman at the reception. We mentioned that we would be leaving early the next morning and just needed a bed and shower. He immediately asked if we needed a wake-up call. This was the first time in our 14-day journey that we experienced such professional and friendly customer service. The water pressure in the shower was good. Of course, if I had to...
