“The street very very busy , the entrance parking is too small, was blocked by motorcycles, I call ,text no answer, I want my money back no answer, he need to take pictures from outside the building. So sad that you call and text and you are outside of the building need help but no answer and no refund”

“The hotel is directly on a busy street and the road noise is quite loud. We were concerned about this since we were travelling with a baby but we had a white noise machine handy and it did the trick but is something to be aware of. The lobby is elegant and ipscaleoThe room was spacious and clean with a kitchenette and large seating area. The bedroom had a kind bed, a cot was made and available for us and there was ample storage in the room along with a safe. The balconies were a nice touch……

“This place seems to be unfinished. We stayed here and we have lots of bags and a baby in a stroller. This place is not accessible as it only has one tiny elevator that can only hold 3 person max. But you have to take stairs into the building and stairs down to get the elevator to the room. The room doors are external and the walk to the room is dark with motion lights. The “hotel” is surrounded by abandoned or dilapidated buildings so it feels creepy and unsafe. The people running this place do……

“Ich habe eine andere Wohnung bekommen als die, die ich gebucht hatte, weil mit dem Badezimmer etwas nicht in Ordnung war. Die Wohnung, die ich bekommen habe, war größer und schöner und lag im selben Stadtteil. An den Wänden war etwas Feuchtigkeit zu sehen, und da sie im Erdgeschoss lag, war es ziemlich dunkel. “The check in time is quite late, can only check in on 3PM. House is big but the living room is very small, can only fit in one bed. Not very comfortable staying in the living room. Also the mattress is not very comfortable. The breakfast is just giving us one small bag with a bread, a yogurt and some snacks. We didn’t eat. They don’t clean the room every day, they said they clean it every 2 days, but the third day they still not clean the room until we called them. When I was going to take……

“It has been mentioned that the appartment is with laundry room but the is no laundry room or washing machine and our suit was in 2 floors, the bedroom, kitchen and the bathroom were located on the 2nd floor. The apartment was clean and tidy with friendly and helpful staff.”
