“Staff very pleasant and helpful. On site restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Room was large with a nice view. Breakfast, which is continental, seemed a bit skimpy. Plenty of parking and in a great central area with many restaurants.”

“Excellent staff. Friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the pool and sauna. Breakfast above average. One little quirk with the room. There was a frosted window on the wall of the bathroom so when you turned on the bathroom light it illuminated the bedroom. Could have done without that. But all the rooms are different. Good location across from Mass MoCA. Overall would recommend.”

“Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed……

“This was my second stay, and it was exactly what I had been seeking: clean, lovely, private entrance, quiet, spacious, comfortable, beautiful nature right outside-- i could sit up in bed with my tea, and enjoy the view of the little private deck and trees and garden in the early morning--it couldn't have been more perfect. it was easy to cook simple meals, or walk into town, and each morning I walked to the Bridge of Flowers and did tai chi on a platform overlooking the Deerfield River.Carrie,……
