“Lovely hotel and the most amazing sea view and very helpful staff. Unfortunately there isn’t anything you can walk to, so you need a car to get about. The food at the hotel is great, but the evening menu is limited and the bar closes at 10.30pm. The gym could do with some more weights and equipment.”

“I tried to reached to them a week before my travel to get some information about the transport options to the hotel nobody responded i was already heading towards the hotel when i received an email in italian with useless information. On the day of arrival at reception they told me most of the facilities are closed including the restaurant none of this was mentioned while i made the bookings. The lady at the reception on 23rd around 13:30 while speaking to me in between exchanged words in her……

“La Plage has magnificent views of the sea and the iconic Isola Bella. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the staff are friendly and attentive. Be aware that the beach is rocky and hard to walk on and it’s difficult to enter and exit the sea for a swim. It’s easy to get up to Taormina via the funivia (cable car) for a 10€ round trip. ”

“La vista y ubicación frente a la playa es increible, el servicio del personal de igual manera es muy atento.”

“Great central location – we could easily walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. The cable cars are close by if you don’t want to take the stairs down to the beach. We stayed in a two-room apartment with a fantastic balcony. Excellent service at both the reception and breakfast. Just be careful on one short stretch where the sidewalk is narrow, but that’s typical in older cities. Highly recommended!”

“Excellent hotel and better to stay there at least 2 nights, so that you could on the one hand enjoy the hotel facilities, including the pool & the beach & on the other hand visiting the attractions at Taormina.I would love to stay at this hotel in case of future visiting for sure!”
