“地理位置是非常好的，但如果洒店能有保安在門外守衛會更理想，太多人會在門外守候想打旅客主意了。實在令人有不安感覺。還有，理應VIP ACCESS的洒店應該要有升級，但我沒有感受到。”

“A nice and convenient place near the town centre. The room is clean, tidy,large enough and equipped with kitchen ware for cooking. Reception is excellent.”

“一家三口入住一連八晚，第一晚已發現樽裝護髮素用剩很少，第二天便通知前台，他竟然回答洗護用品及廁紙等用完需自行購買，他說這間不是一般的酒店，只提供一次性的 welcome pack! 床褥太軟，睡不好；第三晚開始睡沙發床，情況更差，整個人像向下傾斜⋯⋯ 住在市中心很方便，但每晚深夜都仍有群眾在街上吵鬧叫囂，星期五星期六晚更是沒完沒了的嘈吵，沒有一晚能安睡。 床頭燈及床邊堆積灰塵，很久沒有打掃。 雪櫃一打開便有異味⋯⋯ 餐枱表面沒有清潔，用布輕輕一抹就變黑了。 提供的碗碟竟然滿佈食物污跡，上次入住的住客使用後用布抹抹便放回碗櫃，酒店的清潔人員沒有重新清洗碗櫃內的用品⋯⋯ 這間一定是我住過最差的酒店”

“Todella siisti, täysin varusteltu asunto loistavalla sijainnilla. Ikkunat Cavern Clubin yläkertassa, mihin kuului Matthew streetin kymmenien baarien musiikki läpi yön, joten jos kaipaat hiljaisuutta niin tämä ei ole sinulle. Viestintä vuokraajan puolelta toimi moitteetta ja ohjeet avainten saantiin jne. oli todella selkeää. ”

“The apartment was quite central and only a 5 mins walk into the office. The place was clean and easy to access. The staff were amazing from the moment i booked the apartment to check out and a courtesy call after to make sure that they appreciate the booking. Definitely a place to stay again ”

“Apartment was great. Tea/coffee was in the room when it wasn't expected. Plenty of space & very comfortable. Wierd smell coming from the stairwell which we could smell as we were the apartment next to it but apart from that, we had a great stay. ”

“Stayed in apartment 9, 3 single beds but were tight together , apartment was fine although didn’t use any amenities as was staying for the football. Location is great, allowed to drop bags of early which was appreciated.”

“住宿地點不錯，就在鬧區內，廚房和客廳空間超級大！進去的時候有驚訝了一下，沙發很舒服，整體都還滿舒適的。 浴室用水或洗澡的時候，會有一個很大聲的馬達聲，連隔壁在使用他們自己的浴室時都聽得到他們的馬達聲...可能是老房子的通病吧？！ 停車有配合的停車場，還是要付款但可以折扣，也算是方便。 入住前要先預繳保證金和寄ID給他們，這個不知道是文化關係還是什麼...不太適應很沒安全感...但最後結論是有退還保證金。”

“Great location as its central to most things, had an apartment and depending on where bedroom was it was either quiet or noisy but being central to liverpool city centre you expect this. Very clean and tidy apartment that was easy to access for 9 of us. Stayed for two nights and enough towels and toilet rolls.... just.... to keep going. Well stocked clean kitchen with utensils and cooking items with fridge, microwave and iron etc. Toiletries you must bring yourself. Anyway an odd stain on the……

“This apartment was very clean and new. It’s one of my nicest stay in UK. The only drawback was the hot water heater being tripped. Good thing was the management had warned me through email and told me how to recover. I highly recommend it. ”

“Cancelled on me at very short notice. Offered alternative accomodation, I booked a double and was offered a single bed. Not ideal for 2 people so had to decline and partner had to drive the 3hrs home when we had already travelled 3hrs to Liverpool. ”

“What a place , situated in the centre of Liverpool with all amenities at hand. The place itself is stunning with 2 large bedrooms 1 with en-suite , lovely living area and kitchen. Would highly recommend this apartment if visiting Liverpool 👍👍”

“Large and roomy apartment and well stocked and clean. Minor downside being that the mezzanine bedroom ceiling was very low and would need guests to crouch when entering or leaving this room. ”

“What a lovely hotel Free upgrade to superior double. Big in size clean beautiful decor. Bed comfortable, slept like a baby. Would recommend Half hour walk into down, £7.00 for a taxi back. Did mot have breakfast so cannot comment on this”
