"Milford hall hotel is a hidden gem. Only 10 mins walk from Salisbury town centre. The staff just can't do enough for you and take pride in making your stay is a wonderful experience. The room we stayed in has recently been refurbished to a high quality. Massive comfi, bed beautiful bathroom and a mini fridge. High cleanliness standard. They even went to the trouble of leaving a delicious dessert in our room with a heartfelt greeting card to wish us a happy anniversary. We will definitely be returning. Thank you"

"I’ve been staying for one night or more for the last ten years. I mostly stay in the ‘basic’ single rooms. A bed, floor to ceiling cupboard, a sink, desk/chair, tea/coffee stuff, and an easy chair to relax on. The toilet and shower room are both within close proximity. These rooms are set up for people staying for courses so are pretty comfy really. Breakfast is included in the price and is self-serve buffet. Either a cooked meal, pastries, juices, fruit, yoghurt, toast, and sometimes porridge. Eat what you like or stuff yourself well to last a few hours for a busy day out. The staff are always friendly so be nice and give them a smile. Say hallo to the kitchen staff too as they’re busy topping everything up, etc."

"Very impressed with the room, as well as the entire place. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all aspects of our stay. Room was fantastic. 1st bed I was able to sleep on in my multiple stays over the last month of travel. Just steps from the train station and shuttle provided to Stonehenge. All amenities were provided and the breakfast was excellent! I can’t recommend this place any greater than to say I will be back someday, if I am lucky."

"Great opportunity to stay in a beautiful 800 year old property. V quirky due to its' age. Very comfy bed and great location for Cathedral, City Hall, city centre etc. Nice staff. Lovely breakfast and great negroni! Felt a little pressured re: timings / choices for breakfast but not really an issue for us and understand there is also a working restaurant in operation as well. The choice of continental breakfast, cooked breakfast and eggs benedict was really appreciated. The coffee was great too. All in all lovely stay. Would thoroughly recommend. Thank you."
