    available

Best location, for sure!

Very clean, and super convenient location. World-class boulangerie just outside the door, and the beach just across the street. No car necessary. Simple, but well-equipped property that I will certainly consider for our next visit.

Location très agréable

Je ne connaissais pas Menton et cette location très propre et bien située (proximité des commerces et de la mer) m'a donné envie d'y retourner malgré une météo peu favorable. A cela, il faut également ajouté la gentillesse et la disponibilité du propriétaire qui est même venu nous chercher à la gare de Nice suite à la suppression de notre TER. Vous pouvez louer cet appartement, vous êtes sûr de ne pas être déçu. Je vous le recommande vivement.

Rien à dire sur l'appartement il est propre et tout est conçu pour le confort et à disposition tous les accessoires nécessaires . Le propriétaire comme il a déjà été dit dans tous les commentaires est très aimable et près à rendre service , très réactif en cas de soucis une petite étoile en moins et je dois le dire il y a du bruit extérieur ( de 5 h à 6h 30 environ ) entretien , livraison, éboueurs cela ne nous a pas trop gêné car ns sommes des lève tôt Bref un séjour agréable dans sa globalité

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à Menton. L'appartement est très agréable : bien situé en plein centre ville (commerces, restaurants, bus /trains, plage....), très lumineux, très bien équipé (wifi, literie confortable, ...). C'est la seconde fois que nous séjournons dans cet appartement et nous en sommes toujours très satisfaits. De plus, le propriétaire est chaleureux et disponible. Nous recommandons fortement cette location.

Excellent séjour dans cette charmante petite ville balnéaire. L'appartement est très propre et fonctionnel, bien situé à deux pas des plages et du centre ville pittoresque. Le propriétaire est extrêmement prévenant et disponible. Un tuyau hors pair qu'on serait presque tenté de garder égoïstement pour soi. *** Gemütliche, sehr saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Der Eigentümer ist zugleich hilfsbereit und diskret. Sehr gute Lage, zu Fuß von den Stränden und der Altstadt kaum entfernt. Höchst empfehlenswert, wenn auch man dazu neigen würde, so einen guten Tipp egoistisch geheim zu halten. Zusätzlicher Hinweis für Ernährungsbewusste Leute: sehr viele Möglichkeiten, bio, glutenfrei, veggie bzw. vegan usw. einzukaufen.

The place to be à Menton !

Le logement est idéalement situé. Tout se fait à pied(courses, plage, cinéma...) Il est spacieux et bien équipé. Le parking situé tout près avec abonnement à la semaine est vraiment un atout. Lionel est très accueillant . Je recommande cet appartement pour un séjour sans contrainte à Menton.
