This beautifully renovated vacation rental is a 3-room apartment of 115 m2 situated on the 3rd floor, offering a south-facing position with marvellous panoramic views of the sea, the bay, and the town. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests across 2 well-appointed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it an ideal retreat for couples or small families seeking comfort and style.
The spacious living and dining area spans 40 m2 and features a panoramic window that frames the stunning surroundings, along with direct access to the terrace. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm) and benefits from an en-suite shower and WC, as well as its own exit to the terrace. The second bedroom is equally appointed with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm) and is served by a bathroom featuring both a bath and shower, also with direct terrace access. A separate WC provides additional convenience for guests. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a cooking island, 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a freezer, and it too opens onto the terrace.
