It is on the 3rd floor (with lift) of a contemporary residence and has an open terrace as well as access to a shared pool. Just 500m (10-minute walk) from the beach, this is a convenient base for a family or friends who want to explore this perenially popular part of the Cote d’Azur.
The light-filled living room opens directly onto the terrace, which is an extension of the interior living space. The terrace is furnished with deck chairs so that guests can relax and enjoy the sea views. A short staircase leads from the terrace to a private garden.
Back indoors, the living area is furnished with a contemporary sofa, flat-screen TV and a dining table for 4. The open-plan kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob and fridge.
Sleeping Bedroom: The sunny master bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, an en suite bathroom and a door out onto the terrace Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed. There is a wardrobe for storage. Crib available on request (to avoid choking risks we do not provide sheets or pillows for the crib).

Location The apartment is on the eastern side of Menton, just 6 minutes from the Italian border. Its location ensures that guests can get the very best from la Belle France and enjoy Italy’s Dolce Vita! Menton has been a popular resort town for over 100 years and is known for its temperate climate, exotic gardens, beautiful beaches and the Medieval Old Town. It offers a tempting mix of history, culture, fine cuisine and pure relaxation all year round. The Plage des Sablettes beach is less than 10-minutes walk from the apartment. There is also a dog-friendly beach 8 minutes away by car.
For self-catering, the best local produce is to be found in the covered market, Le Marché des Halles, on Quai de Monleon (6 minutes drive, 15 minute walk). Every day of the week you can find the finest regional food including cheese, fish, charcuterie etc. Alternatively, there is a supermarket just 5 minutes drive away.
The apartment is just a 15-minute walk from the Old Town with its narrow cobbled streets and historic architecture. The Baroque Basilica of St Michel towers over the buildings which slope down to the Old Port (20-minute walk). Here you will find some of the world’s most expensive yachts.
Nice airport is just 45 minutes away. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of July 2025 to the 31st of August 2025
