"Lovely beach house in wonderful location BUT we did not get a copy of the contract (and obviously didn't sign it!) and only found out WHEN WE ARRIVED that: 1) Towels and sheets are NOT provided 2) There is no wi-fi 3) A damage deposit in the form of cash/personal check is required on check-in--we almost didn't have enough cash on us to cover it! 4) There is an additional cleaning fee unless you clean the house yourself--not just sweep but clean bathrooms. Even paying the cleaning fee, dishes...
