Nice place, but no aircon

Nicely appointed room, in a historic building in the centre of this charming little town. However there was confusion over our booking, resulting in no one being there to meet us when the reception was meant to open. Still not sure if it was the hotel's fault or Hotels.com. We were upgraded but no aircon, despite this being advertised. A hot, uncomfortable night.

Abbiamo prenotato presso questa struttura in occasione delle festività natalizie in visita a dei parenti. Dalla descrizione della Camera c'era l'icona del disabile con scritto ampi accessi.Se ne deduce che se può passare un disabile, figuriamoci una famiglia con un neonato e un passeggino. Invece la camera si trova in una specie di cantina dove per accedere c'è una scalinata e anche una volta entrati in camera c'è uno scalino per accedere al bagno. Mi chiedo come un disabile avrebbe potuto superare tutte queste barriere visto che abbiamo avuto difficoltà noi. Sulla parete c'erano grandi e vistose macchie di umidità cosa più che normale se si pensa di essere in una cantina ma non per questo accettabili e presentabili. Ma cosa peggiore è stata la colazione. Cito e riporto testuali parole presenti nella brochure da loro inviata: "in questo periodo di post lockdown abbiamo deciso di mettere a disposizione degli ospiti, direttamente in camere senza supplemento di prezzo, prodotti preconfezionati di alta qualità ed una selezione di bevande Lurisia l'interno del frigo bar". Ecco, l'idea può essere anche carina se metti veramente qualcosa a disposizione degli ospiti. Invece c'era il bollitore dell'acqua con le classiche bustine del tè o caffè in polvere e STOP!!! Visto la descrizione che loro ci tenevano a sottoporci, ci si aspettava almeno due fette biscottate con la marmellata o simili. La selezione delle bevande lurisia? Una naturale e una frizzante da mezzo litro della MIA!!🤔
