The overall stay and communication was fine. I guess in all of my years renting properties I was never, ever upcharged for sheets and towels. Totally blown away by this. We arrived late in the evening to discover all 9 beds have no sheets and there are no towels in the bathrooms. That was a 230 upcharge. My fault for not reading the fine print. Wow. Never again.
