Welcome to our family house! Come enjoy our best kept secret in VA and see what Smith Mountain Lake has to offer! Recently built, Blue Heron Point comes fully equipped to handle any size vacation, featuring 4 plus bedrooms and 4 plus bathrooms, commercial stove/hood, HOT TUB, FIRE PIT TERRACE, LARGE PRIVATE DOCK and is at the best location on the lake with easy lake from our deep private cove. There is road access to many restaurants, wineries, marinas, state park hiking trails, kids activities, parks, etc, all within a few miles of our home. Our large home comes with plenty of space for large groups both indoor and outdoor with a large stationary and floating dock with huge upper deck, hot tub and fire pit terrace for enjoying the beautiful lake views.

Our home features a spacious, open floor plan with large windows overlooking the lake providing abundant natural light and views. Fully furnished with chef's dream kitchen, Comcast high speed WiFi, 2 large LED TVs with Xfinity cable and lots of room for family/friends on each of it's three floors and outdoor spaces. All the lake amenities that you could ask for are included with an oversized Raised Deck over the main dock, Floating Dock, Hot Tub, Private Swimming Area, Fire Pit, Large Upper Deck and Lower Patio, Game/Rec Room, Pool Table, Large LED TVs, WiFi, Washer/Dryer, Boat Anchoring and more! The kitchen and pantry hold numerious small appliances and is well stocked with extras.

The main entry level has a large open living room with floor to ceiling windows, 70" LED TV, BluRay Player, a well-equipped kitchen (commercial stove/hood!) for cooking and eating with large groups, Master Bedroom (see bed sizes below), Master Bathroom and a half bathroom. The upper level includes landing/loft area open to lake views below, 2 plus Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms. The lower level has a large Rec Room with Pool Table, Wet Bar, Fridge, 55" LED TV, 1 Bedroom and Full Bathroom.

Both the main and lower levels including the bedrooms lead out to large outdoor spaces which are convenient ways to enjoy the views and lake. Main level deck features a gas grill and abundant seating and tables for maximizing time outdoors during meals or morning coffee.
