The cottage was clean, welcoming and ready for us. I would love to come and check out the place in the warmer months.The drive to it and surrounding area is beautiful. The Cozy Cottage stood up to its name. It was definitely WAY better than a hotel.

What a beautiful little love nest.

This is a beautiful cottage in a fantastic location. We stayed here September 30th for a wedding at the Hockley Valley Resort (which is a short walk). I only wish we had more time to stay and enjoy the back yard.

The Best Cozy Cottage

We stayed at this cozy cottage for the weekend to attend a wedding at the Hockley resort near buy. It was the best decision we could have made. The back yard and patio itself is worth the stay!!! Would love to come back again sometime for a longer stay sometime.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! It was located in a quiet, tucked-away area but was within driving distance to everything we needed! The cottage was cozy, comfortable, and very clean! The outside atmosphere was perfect for spending quiet time! All in all a wonderful place to stay!!!

Short Vacation

Two sisters and I stayed at the Cozy Cottage for a two night getaway to do some hiking in the area. The cottage is in a great location. It is very clean and comfortable and has all the necessities when traveling. We really enjoyed sitting outside and listening to the river flowing over the rocks while we drank our morning coffee as well as relaxing by the fire after a day of hiking.

Thank you Derek for making our 1st wedding anniversary a stay to remember. When one of the appliances broke down he was on it in an instant and brought a replacement over. You are out in the country so wifi is a bit slow as they mentioned on the bulletin board BUT there is a work around. Cell reception out there is surprisingly good and most cell phone plans have unlimited data. We used a cell as a hot spot and used the smart tv with no issues. Check your phone settings to try and limit data usage as best as you can. In total 2 days put us through 60G out of 120 we did like 3 movies and ran some shows (we didn't limit data usage though). In terms of storage the place was stocked full of extra blankets/sheets and one of the drawers also had board games in the spare room. Unit is climate controlled with plenty of options for lighting. BBQ although not featured in the pics is quite large. Overall a very pleasant and relaxing stay. Thank you again for hosting us!

Great Adventure

We stayed for 2 nights as part of a golf trip and loved sitting down by the stream drink(s) in hand and just relaxing. Every part of the stay was perfect from the BBQ to the hammocks to the interior. We will be back again!!

Fantastic return visit

Great cozy cottage

Place was clean, cozy and a perfect spot for what we were looking for. All furniture, BBQ and fire pit were in great shape and high quality. Hammocks by the babbling brook was a beautiful spot to relax. Close to multiple restaurants and golf courses. Would definitely book again.

Cozy Cabin was perfect!

We were looking for a cozy spot for our sister sleepover and this cabin was perfect! Everything was updated and very clean. Great use of interior space. We loved the backyard and cabana; the river was such a lovely backdrop. The beds and linens were high end hotel quality! Thanks for a lovely time.
