“We had a nice stay, but unfortunately when we left on Easter Sunday we came back our cooler was stolen off of the porch. I left it out only to dry out.”

“A great use of an apartment, small but adequate and sleeps quite a few. Porch was optimum for relaxing outside, was even a farmers market in the next lot over with acoustic music, couldn't have been more chill.”

“In town for Frederick 1/2 Marathon. Terrific location for enjoying all that Frederick has to offer. Walking distance to restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops. The apartment was spacious and had a very comfortable couch. Kitchen had new appliances. The one downside was that hot water heater was not functioning properly. Had to deal with luke warm showers at best. Fix it and I’ll stay again.”

“I’ve absolutely loved staying at this place. The basement is very modern and clean and the host was very friendly and helpful. My favorite part of my stay was getting to see the acres of land. It’s such a beautiful scenery especially at sunset. The farm is in the backyard and I got to see the chickens and goats, and had some beautiful friendly farm cats around too. Definitely will come back to stay again!”

“Everything was convenient and clean. The shower was a challeng since the area was quite compact but everything else worked out very well for us. Our contact was very helpful as the directions that were qiven to us on the app were on the opposite end of our street and the Canal was interesting to navigate to the address needed but Laura was so helpful and patient with us and made sure that we located it and were safe.”

“We really enjoyed staying here. Fun little town to visit. Very close to the C&O Canal. We did some hiking but I want to come back again to bike along the trail. Just a note: in the bedroom there is a staircase above and you can hear people walking on it. But, we didn't notice after we went to sleep so not a problem.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The interior is comfortable and inviting. The deck area has lovely views over the backyard and off toward the mountains. We were in town to celebrate family events so we didn't have much time to hang out, but we found it had everything we needed.”

“The space was ideal for me. Wish i could have stayed! The property had 2 nice features that made the most impact, the bed and the shower head. The living room couch isnt very comfortable but still worked. Listing says only dogs under 20lb is allowed and it's the neighborhood rule, but there are many very large dogs in the neighborhood. That was a little disappointing.”

“This apartment is in a wonderful location and is within easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in historic downtown Frederick. There is a large free parking lot at this apartment complex in a very safe area. I'm a single older woman and felt completely safe walking back at 10:00pm in this area. The apartment is as described. It is in an older apartment building (not historic old), but is furnished nicely and the bed is clean and comfortable. I did notice a slight odor in the……
