"Very nice hotel - feels luxurious, especially for the reasonable nightly rate. The room was very clean. The pool was big enough for everyone there. Dining options were also great, and Starbucks available in the hotel in the morning. We stayed before heading to a Sens game, when the visiting team stayed here. Hotel staff were very accommodating and understanding of excited kids wanting to see players. We’ll happily return, and recommending Brookstreet to friends. "

"The property is centrally located in the capital, surrounded by many restaurants, and has a lovely atmosphere. The hotel staff is fantastic and responded positively to my request to upgrade to a room on the upper floors. This is my second visit, and I have no reason not to return to this hotel the next time I'm in Ottawa. No other hotel can offer such quality at such an affordable price."
