Everything was as advertised, the room was clean and spacious. But the master bedroom had a double bed, it should be at least queen. The kitchen needs more cooking tools maybe an extra pan. Other that it was a good and comfortable stay. I would recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in the pedestrian village in MT

I had a wonderful stay! The condo was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well stocked with everything we needed. Check-in at the first destination was easy and straightforward, and finding the parking was also very easy. I did make the mistake of exiting through the garage on foot on our first night, which made finding my way back into the building much more difficult than it needed to be. Once I realized my mistake, it all made sense! For future guests, a helpful tip is that the pedestrian village entrance is located behind the pizza restaurant and across from the mini golf. Knowing that makes coming and going from the village much easier. Overall, I was very happy with the condo and its location. It was a lovely, comfortable place to stay, and I would definitely stay here again!

Location was perfect ! Finding the place after check in at a different location, 8 min drive away was impossible. Locating the garage took us 40 mins. No map provided. Would have been easier if they mentioned it's the Westin parking garage. Called the check in desk 4 times but no answer. Calls went to a reservations office. After we found the parking it took us another hour, may be more to locate our unit. Even the locals were not able. When we found it it was hiding in plain sight. They have 4 buildings. We parked under 1 and then tried the door code in every other building to see which door would open. Indoor of the building dated and dark ! Bathroom nice and modern bedroom and kitchen old. Location was amazing ! Communication would have eased it. Some one from the reservations office found us a map and emailed it to us . 2hours 20 mins later after a 9 hour drive we finally got to stretch and relax.

Took way too long to get WIFi sevice. No room instructions on how to adjust the thermostat. Unit was very cold for2 days before service provided.

Property listing is inaccurate, accessing the unit is not recommended for people with mobility issues, there was one hand towel for two people over three days, the extra fees were exorbitant and the garage door access code was changed and I was not notified . Signage is very poor to re-enter if you go out an emergency exit. Location in the village was excellent, front desk reception was excellent otherwise was overpriced as the unit is old, outdated and clearly has mould somewhere because I could smell it and my allergic reaction was at a peak. I did not leave a tip as the fees over and above the rental costs did not include garbage removal… had to do that aswell as load the dishwasher. What did the fees cover… sure hope the tip for the minimal cleaning the cleaning service actually does!

I was very disappointed with this stay. I injured my leg on a sharp, unprotected corner of the bed frame, which caused a heavy cut bleeding The injury affected the rest of my trip, as I had to spend time treating the wound and worrying about possible infection instead of enjoying my vacation. The hotel did apologize by email and said they had purchased silicone corner protectors to prevent this from happening again. I appreciate that they acknowledged the safety issue. However, I am very dissatisfied with how they handled my case. Their only solution was to offer me a discount on a future stay, but they completely ignored the injury, the pain, and the disruption this incident caused during my current stay. There was no offer of compensation or any attempt to make things right. An apology alone is not enough when a guest is injured because of a safety hazard in the room. I hope Expedia will review this case and help reach a fair resolution.
