「The staff is very friendly. As we were late check in, and the buffet was ending in 40 minutes, the staff helped to arranged the simple check in and let us enjoy our dinner first. Also, I left my glasses in the hotel on the last day when I was on the way to the airport. I called the receptionist and she was very helpful. 「Great hotel. Very well located near the marina restaurants. Staff were lovely, always smiling and going out of their war to help. We went "preferred" which gave us access to a minibar with beer, soft drinks and crisps while also had access to a snack room with sandwiches and other snacks - this was great value for money. Rooms were a good size, shower was superb and lovely pool area. We would def come here again.」
