We offer a single storey villa with a large garden and a swimming pool, located in Montarnaud in the heart of the garrigue
You will find all the necessary amenities (medical office, all shops, etc ... ..)
Single-storey air-conditioned villa (2 min walk from the village center) 25m2 covered terrace overlooking the peaceful above-ground swimming pool (deckchairs, parasols, barbecue, etc.)
+ fitted kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, microwave, etc.….)
+ 3 bedrooms with double bed (140/190) plus wardrobe
+ 1 children's room with bunk beds
