“Wir waren zwei Wochen im Sommer vor Ort. Andre haben wir auch kurz kennengelernt und er ist sehr nett und entspannt. Die Agentur mit Sonia hat ebenfalls super gearbeitet. Das Haus ist großartig und man merkt, dass André das Haus auch selbst nutzt, denn die Einrichtung ist wirklich gemütlich. Es gibt viel Besteck und Geschirr und gute Gläser für den leckeren Rioja oder Cocktails. Zwei große Kühlschränke, eine eigene Garage und alle Terrassen haben Meerblick. In der Gegend wohnen nahezu……

“La casa es grande y con una ubicación y vistas inmejorables, como estar en un barco completamente encima del mar. Lo único que tuvimos un problema de hormigas constante, aparecían por todos lados y era muy difícil eliminarlas ya que volvían a aparecer. Se lo comunicamos a Josefina, ya que no podía tratarse de un tema de suciedad o de dejar restos de comida porque fuimos super pulcros para precisamente evitarlas. Ella nos contestó enseguida y se iba a hacer cargo del asunto próximamente.”

“Das Haus ist angenehm klein, jedoch bei Übergabe ungeputzt, sodass Handtücher und Bettzeug gefehlt haben. Auf dem Boden und in den Sänitärobjekten waren leider Haare von den Vorgängern. Es wurde dann montags (Ankunft Samstag) nachgeputzt, aber auch nur oberflächlich. LEIDER. Dennoch sehr schöner Urlaub. ”

“La maison est idéalement située pour découvrir le sud de la Catalogne. Mobilier vieillot et beaucoup de choses personnelles laissées dans cette location par la propriétaire. De plus aucune étagère dans les placards de chambre pour ranger nos vêtements ! Seulement quelques cintres...pas facile pour ranger sous vêtements ou chaussettes !!! Heureusement n'étant pas nombreux nous avons pu les déposer sur les lits non occupés. Une précision pour les occupants en pleine saison ; risque important de……

“In diesem Haus wurde an alles gedacht. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist fabelhaft. Selbst Saftpresse und Tischgrill sind vorhanden. Viel Infomaterial für Ausflüge in die Umgebung lag bereit. Für die Kinder war ausreichend Strandspielzeug vor Ort.”

“Masía con muchísimo encanto y con un entorno espectacular. Hemos disfrutado mucho de la balsa rústica junto con nuestras hijas. Es una balsa compartida con la otra vivienda pero teníamos nuestro espacio privado, por lo que hemos estado muy cómodos. Es muy agradable bañarse rodeado de una vegetación tan cuidada. Delante de la vivienda hay un espacio de era donde podíamos realizar todas las comidas con muy buenas vistas. La vivienda al ser de muros de piedra es muy fresca y se duerme de……

“Perfecto para unas vacaciones en familia. Una casa amplia con todas las comodidades y una localización inmejorable. Únicamente destacar que las camas de los altillos están bien para niños pero tienen complicado el acceso para adultos. Muy buena atención atención por del personal inmobiliario. Muy recomendable en definitiva, repetiremos sin duda.”

“Wir haben in der "Casa Cordoba" einen sehr schönen 14-tägigen Urlaub mit einer befreundeten Familie mit 8 Personen (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder -> 10, 10, 11 und 13 Jahre alt) verbracht. Hier unsere positiven und negativen Anmerkungen: Positiv: + Lage des Hauses in ruhiger Wohngegend und Strand schnell, in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß (500 Meter), erreichbar. + Pool (Salzwasser!) hat eine schöne Größe von ca. 7x4m. Tiefste Stelle ca. 2,20 m, Pool ist sauber! -> wurde wöchentlich von Personal gecheckt……

“The villa in itself is nice although there was a big problem when we arrived because we couldn’t get the early check in as we arranged, we asked if we could sit in the garden with our cases (this was around 1pm and we were told no. There were nine of us with four cases so we couldn’t do anything except go to the beach, people must have thought we were mad on the beach with cases but we just wanted to try to enjoy our holiday. After getting the keys at 4pm we found air conditioning was leaking……
