“Not suitable for stay.”

“We had a lovely time. There was a young staff at the welcome desk when we arrived that could have ruined our time there, but we didn't let them. They didn't welcome us and would not smile. Thank goodness they only worked twice on our 4 day stay. The free breakfast wasn't the best either. (Oatmeal was runny, fresh fruit was canned peaches and only wheat bread for toast). BUT the hotel, the bar (the food and drinks) and the rest of the staff was a "5". We would definitely stay here again. ”

“1. nearly closed to where I want to go during my visit. 2. Local transportation is quite convenient around the hotel 3. Didn’t have room cleaning everyday even I did the requested 4. Need to improve the variety of breakfast . 5 need to ask for towel changing and tooth brush and tooth paste every time. 6. No free bottle of water. ”

“Because I went to bed late and had to take a 9 o'clock bus to the airport at 3 o'clock in the morning. The service staff called me twice but I was still very sleepy. However, they waited for me patiently. I think they are very responsible!”

“Diego at the reception upon our arrival was exceptional. He went over and beyond and we enjoyed his hospitality at the bar while having a nightcap. ”

“Overall a new facility, very spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The problem is the wall is not soundproof, I can hear young people talking loudly in the room next door. I can even hear the vibration of the mobile phone... ”

“It's a simple and clean hotel in cheery creek, but it provides all the basic needs. Wifi reception is acceptable. Denver is navigated mainly by Uber for tourist. So it's not a problem as long as the place is not too far from the place you went. There is a few good restaurant nearby. No worry about food unless too late”
