Front desk staff very friendly and hotel manager Ricardo is gracious and knows everything about the extensive property and it’s interesting history. Stayed here for close to a week for my 50th and honestly I didn’t want to leave. A true gem! A gazillion stars! 」

「Beautiful hotel! Beautiful people working there. The room and location was amazing. Only complaint the pillows were very hard, all of them!! AC wasn’t quite as cold as we are used to but very nice and comfortable. Area was super close to the Basilica of Saint Francis with an amazing view. Would definitely stay again. 」

「Very comfy bed, good quality free breakfast. In-expensive and good quality dinner. Staffs are very helpful. Lots of restaurants and all kinds of shops are within walking distance. One of the entrance of the tunnels bringing tourists visiting all the historic spots is just opposit the hotel which is very convenient for people who is staying in this hotel. We're sure that will stay in this hotel again if we would come to Spoleto in future.」
