“Beware - The only access to the property is through a locked street level door. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator. The staircase is very steep to ascend/descend, very difficult & dangerous to navigate with heavy luggage. The AC worked very poorly. The property manager did not physically show up at the property during my two night stay. ”

We just left Puteoli Palace, we had a great stay, While the property is walkable to several restaurants, a grocery store and a few historical hidden gems, it is NOT close to the hustle n bustle of the city’s center. We had tours scheduled at various times, and the hotel’s driver accommodated us with no issues. The hotel is about a 15-20 minute drive to Naples Grand Central Station. The room was super clean! “Food was excellent, great scenic view, sauna on the balcony in the suite was nice! A little walk into the town and the hill is steep. There is a shuttle available from the hotel. Quiet during the day, can be loud at night as the hotel is used as a venue for parties. Overall good value for money.”

“Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. The property was very poorly maintained and did not match the expectations set by the listing whatsoever. The moment I entered the hallway and room, there was an overwhelming cigar/smoke smell, to the point where the mattress and pillows themselves wreaked of cigarettes, despite the property advertising itself as non-smoking. What made the experience even worse was how helpless and unprepared the staff seemed when the issue was brought……
