“The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable including a small kitchen. Very spacious with the exception of the shower, which feels cramped. It is situated in the University area and only about 5 to 10 minutes walk from the centre. The service provided by the reception team was excellent. Communication was clear and my enquiries were responded to immediately and in a friendly, helpful manner. I would definitely stay here again.”

“We spent five days at this wonderful property. It is like living in an old world palace. Marble and wood floors, antique furniture, and a huge floorplan. The bedroom is very quiet, though the office space is a bit louder, given the square and cafes where students congregate. We enjoyed the street sounds at night; bring earplugs for the office area if you want complete silence. The location is fantastic, and one of the things we always look for in a property… restaurants, bars, markets all……

“Overall it was great. It would’ve been nice to know that there is no elevator because the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there were a lot of stairs, so if you’re coming with a lot of luggage, it is a struggle. The apartment has a regular bed and a sofa bed, which were pretty comfortable. We did need more sheets and towels during our stay. The location was perfect and the communication with the staff was also very good. ”

“The property had a beautiful country setting. It reminded me of an old farmhouse. The outside entertainment area was great. Unfortunately we weren’t able to enjoy it due to the mosquitoes. The property owner supplied us with citronella candles but the bugs won! There isn’t any air conditioning including the bedrooms. It was quite war despite the ceiling fans and we couldn’t leave the windows open because of the bugs. It was a nice retreat after being in the busy city of Bologna.”

“Guiglia is a wonderful small town that's centrally located in Emilia Romagna. We are 2 couples that stayed for a week and the location was a centrally located to Bologna, Modena and Parma. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The house was unique and had a number of architectural touches that made this a memorable stay. it was spacious, has a large yard with a covered pagoda, above ground pool and hot tub.
