"Well kept, comfortable home in the pines outside Angel Fire. Fairly private with few other guests or residents in neighboring homes. Short walk to the lake. The views are not the Rockies; but it felt much more like you were in the forest and not just looking at it. Angel Fire is a resort area without much of a town. Taos and Red River and the closest true towns and are about the same time/distance either way at 45 minutes of driving. Dining options are limited in Angel Fire. The country club was a very nice facility, but we didn't make the time to visit or eat there. Taos had a lot of foot traffic and has good restaurants. Red River was not crowded and lunch at the brewery/distillery was very fun and relaxing. There are good walking trails in Angel Fire that are rated easy to medium."

"We enjoyed our stay tremendously. House was beautiful. Kitchen and living room were spacious. Loved the bedrooms and how each had King beds that were very comfortable. Especially loved the wrap around deck where we spent most of our time looking at the scenery. Loved also that our pet could be out on deck without worrying about her.We will definitely spread the word on how fantastic our vacation was at the Selah House. Very impressed and appreciative that Mark accommodated us by allowing us to check in earlier than scheduled check-in time.We highly recommend Selah House for anyone who wants a relaxing and cozy stay.Thank you for one of the best vacations we have had, and we have had plenty with all of our 6 kids and 8 grandkids."

"Two years in row at this wonderful home. Very well appointed, maintained, and comfortable for all. Kitchen and main room great for medium sized family and groups. Nothing like the hot tub in the cool Summer weather. We will be back."

"Something for everyone here. Stocked with games, working AC, great grill and a Nordic hot tub. Master bedroom is terrific. Second time we have stayed here, it’s my go to in Angel fire. Kids love it. Close to the lake and not far from hiking trails (lady slipper)."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and was a great location. We were worried about it being too warm in the summer, without AC, but there were several standing AC fans and regular fans throughout the house and we were very comfortable. Definitely recommend for a large group. Plenty of room and activities provided within the home. Beautiful views and the hot tub is huge!"
