Lovely 2 bedroom apartment with kitchenette that was perfect for our family of four. Resort pool was incredible. Large pool, great for laps or lounging with views of montecarlo.

Very nice stay

Really good location if you want to stay near to Montecarlo (10 min walk in, with lights and a footpath). Heating/AC worked very well. Pool was very clean and terrace it is positioned on has a very nice view looking up towards Montecarlo. Restaurant food was also very nice. It's a working vineyard, and we saw deliveries of their wine to restaurants nearby and them pick the grapes. ONLY downside is the Jacuzzi/Hot tub. We came in September when the weather can be a bit hit and miss and a heated hot tub/jacuzzi was what sold it for us but it wasn't usable (the only dirty thing in the place!), and it did not heat up at all. However, I didn't mark down the rating for this but it does need fixing.

Nice but issues with this experience

Grounds were beautiful and room was lovely. Biggest issue was request for stair free access was ignored and despite mobility issues had to climb approx 20 tiled steps on a staircase. This impacted my ability to join family on the day out. Worse still despite this a wine buying member of the public walked up the stairs and straight into our private room asking to use the bathroom as we were unloading the car. This was a bit unsettling as only 1 key (I stayed in locked room because you needed keys for gates too. Bit of a a mixed feeling because of these. Wine tasting was a good way to pass the late afternoon before dinner. 15€ per person tasting 3 wines.

The resort messed up our booking and so could see no reservation for us on arrival. They managed to find an alternative room but the room was tired, had several large blemishes on the walls, was somewhat dusty, and there no coffee makings. It was very disappointing given that we had requested a specific type of room on booking, to round off 3 weeks in Italy. What was more upsetting was the lack of integrity and the denial of any errors in their part. Overall, this experience tainted our overall trip and at no point did staff express any genuine remorse for the booking errors. Suffice to say, cannot recommend.

Vi möttes av dålig service i receptionen och fick reda på att restaurangen och gemensamhetsutrymmen skulle vara stängd för kvällen för privatfest. Bilderna på rummen stämde inte med verkligheten, i badrummet fungerade inte toaletten (vilket tog 4 timmar för dom att fixa) och det såg ut att vara svartmögel i dusch/badkar. Rummet var dammigt och det låg kvar gamla vattenflaskor från tidigare gäster. Det var väldigt mycket barnfamiljer och detta hotell har ingen inriktning på vinupplevelser. Frukosten var inget att hurra över, mer skolmatsal. Däremot var staden Montecarlo otroligt fin, vi rekommenerar verkligen att gå dit och äta god mat och glass, dock behöver man boka bord.

Un accoglienza top e staff molto gentili. Il posto è tenuto bene, con una bella piscina e giardino curato. Camera confortevole con aria condizionata essenziale per i 33gradi esterni. Posto strategico per scoprire il buon vino e olio della zona, comoda per arrivare al mare e Lucca.

Fint sted , dårlig med mat og drikke.

Vi kom klokken 14.00, og vi var både sultende og tørste , vi spurte i resepsjon men de sa at det ikke var mulig å kjøpe noe før klokken 20.00, de ba oss gå opp i byen ca 15-20 min gange , men da vi kom dit var alt stengt der også. Så det ble litt lenge uten mat , hadde det vært opplyst om det , kunne vi hatt med mat og drikke.
