“We chose this property for its great location - just a 3 minute walk from the old city centre of Alba. The 1-BR apartment was clean, bright and comfortable. Spacious for 2 persons. We liked that we could book a space for our car, which allowed us to easily explore nearby towns. And we were glad to be there to experience their wonderful Saturday market. Néanmoins Federico et ses parents sont adorables, la maison est superbe( bien que peu adaptée selon moi aux familles avec bébé, car on accède aux chambres par un long escalier assez raide) . “Marcel ist ein völlig unkomplizierter Vermieter. Die Übergabe und die Rückgabe des Hauses waren mehr als einfach. Ein tolles Haus mit einer tollen Aussicht und einer schönen liebevollen Einrichtung. Das obere Badezimmer mit Whirl-Badewanne, riesengroße Duschanlage mit Radio, Regen, Dusche, Massage etc.waren bei den Kids natürlich das Highlight. Alles in allem uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen :-)”

“We are a family group of 19 people, 3 generations are represented with ages from 81 to 14 years old. We use to meet 2 or 3 times a year. We are coming from 3 different countries in Europe. The house il perfect to host this kind of event. The bed rooms are exactly as we wanted. The kitchen dinning room is enormous and perfectly equipped. At arrival, Eleonora welcomed us and explained the house and all the equipments in detail. We may come back.”

“Das Haus liegt wunderschön in den Bergen Pontinvreas im Naturschutzgebiet. Wenn man zum Wandern oder Mountainbiken hier Urlaub machen möchte, liegt es wirklich toll. Allerdings sind es deutlich mehr als 15 Minuten bis zum Strand und dann auch nur zum touristischen Teil. Wenn man einen ruhigen Badeurlaub mit Kindern verbringen möchte, sollte man in einer anderen Ecke der Region eine Unterkunft suchen oder muss eben einen längeren Weg(mindestens 30 Minuten, eher länger) in Anspruch nehmen. “Our vaccation was wonderfull - A wonderfull pool, a wonderfull wiew over the moutains from the House and a very lovely garden. Very sweet host people. Only a few thing that we missed - Extra gabbage bag, baking paper, toilet paper etc. - compare to the price per night. The quilts needs to be washed - again compare to the price per night. Be aware that this place is in 800 m. Over the Ocean, so it can be really foggy doing the Mornings and evenings/nights. It is hard to drive, cause of the small……

“We (a couple with a daughter of 2) had a great start of our Italian summer holiday at Marisa's place in Bonvicino. Although we didn't speak the same language, the communication was easy. The apartment is very nice and cosy. Everything is on the same level and connected (no doors, but for us that wasn't a problem) so our daughter specifically enjoyed running around the place. The view from the terrace is quite spectacular and the pool was a real treat!”

“We stayed from Friday to Friday and used the grill every day together with the pool. The house has everything you need. There are some wineries within 35 min. by car. and you can bike to the closest village, there is even a Lidl 20 min by car from the house. There are some nice board games in the house. Carole made a guidebooklet that helped us a lot during our stay. We also contact each other via message for help. The house was overall clean, but in some corners, we could see quite some bugs,……
