"Not accessible -The staff was great, and the room was nice. However, we booked a wheelchair accessible room that turned out to be on the 8th floor. One elevator was broken and the other was very slow with lines. The staff graciously moved us to a 3rd floor room, which helped somewhat, because, slow elevator. IHGs customer service said it wasn't their problem, the staff had no idea when the elevator would be fixed, and my email to the address on the website has not been responded to after 5 days. Great hotel, but we did not feel safe, nor heard by management. Not returning."

"Not much hot water in the shower at 9am on Saturday. We stayed on the first floor and it was very loud all night with foot traffic. Thin walls"

"Check in process was very easy. The property manager was kind and welcoming, reached out several times to ensure we didn’t have questions. The house was clean and spacious, enough to comfortably accommodate our large family. Only cons were the second floor bathroom shower water pressure was very weak and there were hot water inconsistencies. Property does not have a driveway/any private parking so you have to park on street. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would book again the in the future. "

"The host was very welcoming and responsive to all of my questions. This second floor, three bedroom, two bath apartment was nicely appointed. I wish I was able to be there for more than just one day. It was comfortable and perfect for my needs. Parking was adequate for two cars. I would definitely look this location again"
