  • ELSEWHERE by the SEA is a stunning beachfront villa in the upscale gated community of Lagoons, just 20 minutes from the Montego Bay international airport. The beach, pool and expansive outdoor living area make it the perfect location to celebrate a special occasion, gather for a family holiday or indulge in an adult getaway.

    5 beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with a private bath, sleep up to 12 guests. Four King bedrooms and one bedroom with a pair of twins (that can be made into a king) comfortably sleep five couples. An additional bunk bed in the twin room can accommodate two additional children or teenagers.

    The home is complemented by a large veranda and bar area, perfect for enjoying beautiful sunsets over the Caribbean Sea while sipping a frosty cocktail. Continue your evening with a special dinner prepared by your private chef and served on the breezy veranda, the sandy beach or the dock with the water glistening around you. A magical evening!

    The private pool features a Baja deck for tanning and an infinity edge that blends seamlessly into the beautiful Caribbean Sea. The pool deck provides access to a lovely beach that is suitable for watersport activities and comes with complimentary kayaks and paddleboards.

    Elsewhere is located in a protected sanctuary with abundant marine life right off the dock. Explore the waters surrounding Elsewhere with our newest addition to the property, Anywhere, a 26 ft power catamaran perfect for sunset cruises, snorkeling trips or a tour of Montego Bay with a stop at Doctor's Cave beach or Margaritaville. A complimentary sunset cruise or reef snorkeling trip with our captain is included for all rentals of seven days or more. Additional trips can be arrange with the captain at a reduced price.

    For swimming in the sea, we recommend a short boat or car ride to Doctors Cave Beach or a short walk to the private residence beach (formerly Hard Rock Beach Club).

    In addition to your private villa, guests have access to the amenities of the Lagoons including a playground and tennis courts. Within minutes of the villa is the Montego Bay Yacht Club, the Houseboat Restaurant, and the private residents beach (near the former Hard Rock Cafe Beach Club). You will be a few minutes from five top notch golf courses and all that Montego Bay has to offer!

Very relaxing and enjoyable!

Home was beautiful with excellent accommodations for our group of nine. Staff was great. Rafic, Kasandra and Maureen all took great care of us during our stay. The food was incredible with a good variety for everyone. Sarah made sure to check in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and arranged our sunset cruise and other boating outing. Highly recommend staying at Elsewhere by the Sea!

The PERFECT week long get away!

Staying at Elsewhere is the one place where everyone gets to really relax! Kassandra makes sure you are never hungry, Rafik concocts the right cocktail for each occasion and Maurine keeps everything sparkling clean. I can't recommend a better vacation spot to relax and step away from everyday life. This was my first time being back after Hurricane Melissa and I was a little worried about what would be available but the house is still in pristine condition, all excursions were still open and the people were as excited as ever to show you a fun time in Jamaica! Thank you to the Elsewhere staff and everyone who made this trip another unforgettable experience!

Amazing stay

Wonderful stay at this house. Staff was amazing, food was delicious and bartenders made tasty drinks! Grounds were well maintained and kayaks were a nice way to start each morning. We will definitely be back!

This property is absolutely amazing. You are in a court at the end of a private gated community .So many cool areas to relax from patio , bar, pool, beach , dock etc… The staff was incredibly nice and attentive and food off the charts.

Incredible stay!

Incredible week in paradise. Amazing food from Kassandra the chef, and friendly and attentive staff. The home is well maintained, and there are plenty of activities for kids with the beach, pool, and access to the boat. I would recommend this home to anyone!

Amazing

Amazing vacation with my children and grandchildren. Space was amazing, plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Grandchildren had fun collecting shells and watching the fish, stingrays, starfish. Food was absolutely delicious.

Wonderful Family Vacation

My family and I recently spent my wife’s birthday at Elsewhere. It was our third time visiting and it was absolutely wonderful! The only negative thing was we learned that Ms. Dolores had retired. She was a very hard working and caring person that made sure everything was in order and everyone was comfortable. The team at Elsewhere is just awesome!! Relaxing and Fun Family Vacation!

Our stay in Jamaica was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the rooms. The food was exceptional. relaxation and pampering at it's finest!

This is the spot for you if you want to relax with family/friends and don't have to cook or make reservations or dress up or do laundry or clean.... They really cater to you! Yes, you can go out to dinner but Kasandra's cooking is so amazing, why would you? And yes, you can have a dress up night there as every meal is sitdown and you set the time. We had a glorious dinner on the beach where we dressed up, drank wine, had lobster...fabulous! But all at our choice. Rest of meals it was shirts and shorts. That's the beauty of the place: Rafiq is always there to mix a drink, bring a snack from Kasandra, serve you all 3 meals in style including table decor. Maureen is there for the household, doing laundry and also ready for anything you need. All 3 will answer any island questions, where to shop, get you transportation, etc. Kasandra did a great job at meals, even with one of our party that doesn't eat fish and a couple that don't want much spice (even though the rest of us loved anything!) And I encourage you to let her decide meals within whatever parameters you may have. The local Red Pea (US bean) soup was to die for! Go! you won't regret it!

Our family of 10 spent Spring Break week together. We had a great week. Service was excellent! Boat rides to see sunset were amazing! Food was outstanding! Most of us never left the property except by boat or kayak or paddle board!

Wonderful Family Villa

Our family of 8 adults, 1 toddler and 3 babies had an amazing stay at Elsewhere Villa. The house was huge and very accommodating with bathrooms in every bedroom. We particularly enjoyed all the outdoor covered areas, the pool and the private beach. The staff at the Villa were incredible and so very accommodating. It was truly a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. We would definitely come back.

We had the best vacation anyone could wish for~

The property is simply beautiful, from the gorgeous outdoor space overlooking the lagoon and the lovely pool, to each and every bedroom and bathroom and all of the other rooms in the house. Aside from the breathtaking beauty, the staff is what makes this property fabulous. They are warm, engaging, friendly and terrific at their jobs. There is nothing critical I have to say at all!

Could not recommend this place more! The staff are so nice and helpful. The food was SO good! We only went out for one meal and it wasn’t nearly as good as the dinners the chef prepared at home. The house itself is great. Very modern and comfortable and well decorated. Absolutely no complaints!!!

Incredible family vacation

Our family had an amazing time at elsewhere and couldn't have asked for anything better. Kemoy was an amazing jack of all trades, bartender, boat captain and helped us organize all of our excursions. Kass is a phenomenal chef, every meal better than the next. Rafik kept the property spotless and the beach pristine. Maureen kept all of our rooms tidied and laundry done and ironed. We had a fantastic relaxing week and wish we could live like this all the time. We hope to come back sometime soon!
