Ate at Mobay buffet several times while on vacation. I must compliment the chef down to the waiters and waitresses. On some of those occasions we were served by Odain and Shante and couldn’t have had any better service. Wonderful dining experiences. I stayed at Lady Hamilton room 2721 and cannot complain about the cleaning she did in my room. Satisfied the whole experience was amazing. Can’t wait to come back again. Thank you for a great vacation!

Our second time staying at this property. The staff is extremely helpful and appreciative of their guests. We love having three different beach options all perfect for relaxing, swimming and snorkeling. The largest pool in the Caribbean doesn't disappoint. Fun daily activities and nightly entertainment are top notch. Food and drinks were excellent. Our first trip we stayed in a beachfront bungalow, this time we were closer to the restaurants and lobby and we were very close to the pool and beach. Nearly 6 months after the hurricane there was still alot of the construction going on but nothing that effected anything. I would highly recommend for couples,(Lady Hamilton side) and a side for families. One love.

Everyone was so pleasant and helpful and the food was amazing! Odaine from the mombay restaurant was an excellent waiter so happy and always treated us great and Ashanti also in the Bombay for breakfast was excellent waitress so happy to serve us! The cleaning lady for 2734 was great our room was always clean and fresh and the fridge was always stocked never had to ask for anything. Such a great staff!

The resort was aged but okay. We were repeatedly approached by resort staff and asked if we wanted to buy drugs, also, many staff targeted us and asked us for money because they were still trying to recover from the hurricane. It was very uncomfortable.

The property is absolutely beautiful and clean. Our villa was also very tidy and lovely. The only issue within the room was that the air conditioning unit dripped a bit and there were some issues with opening the screen door because it was off track. Other than that, the room was everything I expected. Food was delicious and there are many options for every palatte. If you love variety- you will love all of you choices. You will need to make reservations for the ala carte reservations so I recommend booking reservations as early as possible and/or offering to asisst new guest with bookings upon check in. Amenities - there are alot of options for guests to enjoy.

The room was actually cleaner the day after we arrived than it was on the day we checked in, which was disappointing and not the standard we expected. The television in our room also did not work the entire stay. We reported the issue to the service desk several times each day, but an IT technician didn’t come until the night before we checked out. When you book a room, you expect the amenities to work. We were told they tried to call us, but we shouldn’t have to stay in the room all day waiting for maintenance while we’re on vacation. We should be able to enjoy the beach and the resort, not sit around waiting for someone to fix a television. At night we like to relax and watch local shows after a long day, and unfortunately we didn’t get to do that during our stay. Overall, it was frustrating and not the experience we expected.

Even though I paid more for a beachside junior suite upon arrival to the property I was informed I would be issued a garden view and beachside does not mean you will be able to see the water just that the room faces that direction. I also requested my two rooms be connecting or close to each other instead they booked us into two separate villas over 100 yards from each other. To correct the staff worked overnight to find us two rooms next to each other in the same villa. However, it required I move out of my room by 11am and was not able to move into the other room until 10pm. That's almost 12 hours without a room and all of us crammed into one room. Rooms were not cleaned instead they were just tidied up. The first room we checked into still had a razor and soap in the shower. Daily our room was straightened up but not cleaned. The baby had an accident on the bed, instead of changing the cover they flipped it over. I really tried to give them grace given our stay was only 6 months following a major hurricane. They charged us full price but only gave us half service. Property is not handicap or elderly friendly, no elevators, long walks to restaurants or rooms, golf carts seem to only run to move luggage of guests checking in/out. Food was subpar, there is a disconnect between concierge and the restaurants, 4 out of 5 days my dinner reservations were wrong. JUST A BAD TIME!! Do not waste your money.

Property nice - staff worst in any of our travels. Unfriendly and rude. Refused to fix a tv entire stay. Sales pitch at beginning that took hours. Sales manager cursed using F word - ridiculous! Specifically treat Expedia customers as second class citizens noting around every corner “if only you were a direct customer …..” will not return.

Overall, the resort was great. They have done great at rebuilding from the hurricane. Most staff were friendly. The restaurant service was a little frustrating as we had to get our own coffee and water at times in the restaurant. Major kudos to Kevon and Mario! Extremely friendly and on top of it at all times!
