This was my 3rd trip to Jamaica, and I wanted to try something different from the expensive all inclusive resorts. After my experience here, I won't be booking resorts again. Getting a whole lot more bang for your buck with the villa booking. The property manager, Mr Davy, was very kind and attentive from the moment I landed, and stayed in touch even after I landed back home to make sure I made it back to my destination safely. He's always a quick whatsapp message or a phone call away if you need anything. The area is very quiet, and the villa was spotless. Highly recommend!

This property is kept up and quiet. Amenities include a pool and a gym. There is also a supermarket at the entrance of the property. Better than a hotel. Accommodation was comfortable, Clean and quiet. Good location to connect with major attractions. Jackie the hostess, is very kind and warm. I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend. Staying in these villas allows for privacy and flexibility.

GOOD STAY AT THIS LUXURY VILLA

The villa was clean and well stages like a model home. The manage Lorraine was very professional and helped us to plan our excursions. This community "Richmond" is like no other in Ocho Rios. We looked into buying one of these villas and was chocked to learn they go for over 300k USD. This is a very clean, peaceful and safe way to see Ocho Rios. We will be back!

View of the Ocean

We stayed on the front porch on overlooked the was a sight to wake up to. The place was tranquil. just an FYI, attractions in the city are not huddled close together so you should rent a car it you want to see everything. This villa is a short drive out of city center. Staying at this villa was the best decision of our trip. Staff was very helpful as well. We may never go back to Ochi Rios in our lifetime but we have great memories. Lorraine the manager was also a darling and made the experience very special.

Deal for my Dollars

We pulled up the the gate and we were impressed (my wife and I). The grounds were very well kept and nice to use wedding photo backdrop. The staff are very friendly and sincere. This photos online made the villa and grounds looked like paradise and it was just that!! The pool area was so relaxing the gym gives a outside/inside feel that allows for a natural burn of all the good food we had in the town! The amenities on the property are clean and well maintained!!
